Property Near Me has evolved from a sophisticated mobile web app launched last year into two very powerful applications for the iphone and the iPad available shortly on the app store. It makes the process of finding a property for sale or for rent incredibly simple.

Launching the application, we use geo location to detect your country and location, and then we visually show the property for sale and for rent around you, depicted on a map. Users can then manipulate the map, zooming in and out, comparing areas and prices.

Our ‘Lite” version is available for free and runs exclusively on the iPhone.

The ‘Pro’ version adds a number of useful features and available for both the iPhone and the iPad. The iPad application is totally re-imagined for the iPad – making full use of the extra screen space.
